All of our Social Work Experts are registered with and in good standing with the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC). Our experts are able to cover the assessment of both Adults and Children in a wide range of settings, including working substantively as part of local authority safeguarding and DOLs teams.

Our Social Care experts often report for Mental Health Tribunals, The Court of Protection, Education Tribunals, Immigration and Asylum Tribunals and Continuing Health Care panels. In addition to this they have reported for the Department of Work and Pensions, Local Authorities and providing reports as part of Judicial Review Proceedings.

Acquired Brain Injuries, Substance Misuse, Learning Impairments and Intellectual Disabilities, Cognitive Impairments and Mental Health issues.

All of our Nursing experts are registered with and are in good standing with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). We are engaged with Paediatric, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and General Nursing Experts.

Our Nursing experts have expertise in a range of settings and work clinically in hospitals nationally. One main area in which a number of our experts focus on is Standards of Care. They have provided expert evidence in relation to a number of high-profile homicide inquiries; one example is the Fallon Enquiry into Ashworth Hospital. Our Nursing experts have provided reports for the Coroners Court, in relation to Negligence Proceedings and Personal Injury claims. They are regularly instructed by the NMC and on behalf of clients.
